Shipping & Delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all UK deliveries, dispatching orders Monday to Friday. Delivery is £4.95, or FREE on orders over £35, with deliveries made Tuesday to Saturday.
Our pricing is simple – it's £4.95 to deliver your order to any UK address, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (including Guernsey and Jersey), and the Isles including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly. Spend over £35 and delivery is completely free.
We send all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24®, providing reliable delivery once your order has been dispatched, together with convenient email and SMS tracking updates every step of the way. Our team works hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders leave us promptly, however during particularly busy periods, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within seven days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do, however, guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances, all deliveries of products will be dispatched within one day of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.

Returns & Replacements
This section applies to consumers, not business customers.
You may cancel your contract to purchase a product or products at any time before the parcel is shipped. You are entitled to cancel the contract with us within 7 days (subject to the limitations set out below).
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must inform us in writing and return the products to us immediately, at your own cost, in the same condition in which you received them. Cheese will not be accepted for return as it is considered unsaleable once it leaves us, and the return of these items could cause a contamination risk. Products returned by you in accordance with this section will be refunded in full. However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs incurred in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.
Consumers’ statutory rights: Nothing in these terms of sale affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Ordering and Refunds
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
To enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps: (i) add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout; (ii) select your preferred delivery method and, by placing the order, confirm your acceptance of these terms of sale; (iii) you will be transferred to our secure payment provider to complete payment; (iv) we will send you an initial acknowledgment; and (v) once we have checked stock and order details, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order becomes binding) or notify you by email if we are unable to meet your order.
We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. We may update these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. We therefore recommend that you download, print, and retain a copy of these terms for your records.
The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.
Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity to identify and correct any input errors by reviewing your basket at checkout.
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to make payment. We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of receiving your valid notice of cancellation. We may also offer you the option of receiving a voucher of equivalent or higher value.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices for products are quoted on our website. While we take care to ensure all prices are correct, it is possible that errors may occur. Prices will be confirmed as part of our order process so that the correct price will be stated in your shopping basket.
In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
Payment must be made upon submission of your order. We may withhold products and/or cancel your order if payment is not received in full and cleared funds.
All prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable.
Payment for all products must be made using an approved online payment method.
Prices for products may change at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders that are already in process.
Cheese Club Rewards
Cheese Club Rewards is free to join and gives members access to a range of rewards, perks and occasional freebies. We may occasionally update or evolve these benefits to ensure we can continue to offer the best possible experience, but we’ll always do our very best to honour any promises already made. Your Cheese Club Reward points will remain valid for 18 months from the date of purchase and will not be removed before their expiry.
Legacy Cheese Club members
As a thank you for being part of our Cheese Club family, existing legacy members will continue to enjoy their 10% discount. As our club evolves, we reserve the right to review or adjust this benefit from time to time, but will always aim to do so thoughtfully and with our members’ experience in mind.

Contracts under these terms may only be varied by a written agreement signed by both parties. We may revise these terms from time to time, but such revisions will not affect existing contracts.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision, whether by conduct or otherwise, shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that or any other provision.
You may not assign, charge, subcontract, or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms. Any attempt to do so will be void. We may assign, charge, subcontract, or transfer our rights or obligations under these terms at any time, provided that such action does not reduce the guarantees provided to consumers under these terms.
Each contract under these terms is made for the benefit of the parties to it and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.
These terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties in relation to the purchase of products from our website, and supersede all prior agreements. Each party acknowledges that no representations not expressly contained in these terms have been made by or on behalf of the other party.
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms.
Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by Cheshire Cheese Company in collaboration with Sauce Shop (the “Promoter”).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and age.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway opens at the time of posting and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Wednesday 17th June 2026 (“Closing Date”).
Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
Entry methods differ depending on the platform used. Participants may enter via either Facebook or Instagram, or both, provided they meet the entry requirements for each platform.
Facebook Entry Requirements:
To enter via Facebook, participants must:

- Share the giveaway post on Facebook
- Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as an additional entry)
Instagram Entry Requirements:
To enter via Instagram, participants must:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entries that do not meet the relevant platform requirements may be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries across both platforms.
The draw will take place within 24 hours of the Closing Date. The selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
6. Prize Details
The winner will receive the following prize bundle:
- The Cheshire Cheese Company “Heat Lover” Father’s Day Hamper, including a trio of the NEW Sauce Shop x Cheshire Cheese Company Original Hot Chilli Cheddar Truckles
- Sauce Shop “The Heatseeker” Hamper, featuring 13 sauces and condiments from the Sauce Shop range
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any item within the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the official Cheshire Cheese Company social media account within 24 hours of the draw.
The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
8. Delivery
The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.
Delivery is intended for Father’s Day weekend, however alternative delivery dates may be arranged upon request and at the discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond its control.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, social media handle, and/or likeness for announcement and promotional purposes if selected as the winner, unless otherwise requested.
10. Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
The Cheshire Cheese Company Customer Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is The Cheshire Cheese Company ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of The Cheshire Cheese Company, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must:
- Complete the customer survey in full; and
- Provide a valid email address in the designated field at the end of the survey.
3.2 Submission of an email address is solely for the purpose of entering the prize draw and contacting the winner, unless the entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed at the Promoter's discretion.
3.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Opening and Closing Dates
4.1 The prize draw opens at 9:00am (BST) on 23 July 2026.
4.2 Entries must be received by 11:59pm (BST) on 12 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
5. The Prize
5.1 There is one prize available:
- One Cheese Lovers Hamper.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an independent random number generator.
6.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email using the address provided when completing the survey.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The winner will be asked to provide a UK delivery address for fulfilment of the prize.
7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
8. Personal Data
8.1 Personal information supplied for the purpose of entering the prize draw will only be used:
- To administer the prize draw;
- To contact the winner; and
- Where applicable, if the entrant has separately consented, for marketing communications.
8.2 Survey responses may be analysed in an anonymised and aggregated format to help improve products, services and customer experience.
8.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical issues, internet failures or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. General
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 The Promoter's decision regarding all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3 By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
10.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
