We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all UK deliveries, dispatching orders Monday to Friday. Delivery is £4.95, or FREE on orders over £35, with deliveries made Tuesday to Saturday.
Our pricing is simple – it's £4.95 to deliver your order to any UK address, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (including Guernsey and Jersey), and the Isles including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly. Spend over £35 and delivery is completely free.
We send all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24®, providing reliable delivery once your order has been dispatched, together with convenient email and SMS tracking updates every step of the way. Our team works hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders leave us promptly, however during particularly busy periods, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

What happens during warmer weather?
During the warmer months, every order is carefully packed with ice packs to help keep your cheese perfectly chilled throughout its journey, ensuring it arrives in excellent condition.
During periods of exceptionally warm weather, we may temporarily pause dispatching orders to protect the quality of your cheese. We'd always rather delay your order by a short time than compromise the condition in which it arrives. As soon as temperatures allow, we'll dispatch your order using our usual Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How much is Tracked Delivery in the UK?
Our Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service costs £4.95, or is FREE on orders over £35, to anywhere in the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands (including Guernsey and Jersey), Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly.
Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 24 deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 working days.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
As soon as your order is placed, our team begins carefully picking and packing it for dispatch. Once this process has started, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our very best to help, although this may not always be possible if your order is already being prepared.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email confirming it's on its way, including your Royal Mail tracking number. If you've opted in, you'll also receive SMS tracking updates from both us and Royal Mail.
Your Royal Mail tracking page will also include a photograph once your parcel has been successfully delivered. If you experience any issues with your delivery, our Customer Services team will be happy to help.
What are your delivery days and when will my order arrive?
We deliver six days a week, from Tuesday to Sunday. Most orders are dispatched quickly, although during busy periods please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch before your parcel begins its journey.
Sending a parcel as a gift?
Our cheeses make the perfect gift. At checkout, you can add a personalised gift message for your recipient. We recommend including a message so they'll know who their thoughtful gift is from.
For privacy, we do not include the sender's name or address on the packing slip, and we never include pricing information with gift orders.
Can I delay delivery and schedule it for another day?
Where possible, we're happy to help arrange a later dispatch date. Simply let us know before your order is processed.
Please note that during particularly busy periods we may not always be able to accommodate delayed delivery requests, and once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery date.

We also use Protega Void-Fill, a specialist paper-based protection system designed to keep your products secure throughout their journey. Unlike traditional void-fill materials, Protega does not settle during transit, helping to reduce movement within the parcel and minimising the risk of damage through courier networks.
